When we come to your home we will do these tasks on every visit:
- gather all the trash
- return items to where they belong [return shoes to the closet, papers to your desk, dishes to the kitchen, etc.]
- dust furniture and ceiling fans
- remove cobwebs
- vacuum and edge all floors, carpets, and rugs
- vacuum baseboards with brush attachment
- vacuum upholstery and under cushions
- clean and sanitize sinks, potties, showers, tubs, floors
- polish fixtures and mirrors
- clean cabinet fronts, doors, window sills, baseboards
- clean and polish kitchen sink, counters, cabinet doors and handles
- clean and polish the outside of the stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeepot
- wash and dry the kitchen and other hard surface floors
- strip old sheets off the bed and put clean ones on
- sweep the porch
- wipe kiddies fingerprints and doggy nose prints off of window glass
We do these tasks periodically:
- damp wipe all woodwork [sills, doors, baseboards]
- vacuum fabric lamp shades
- damp wipe ceiling fans
- scrub showers/fixtures/doors with mineral scale cleaner
- apply special protective polish to counter tops
- move furniture and roll up rugs to really do floors well
- vacuum venetian blinds
- remove and wash lamp globes
- vacuum and damp wipe on top of the kitchen cabinets
- sweep the garage/deck and wipe down furniture
There tasks will cost you extra:
- cleaning the inside of the refrigerator or oven
- polishing silver
- washing all the insides of the windows and the sills
- any project that takes us more than 15 minutes
